typical pleurolophocercous cercaria of Clonorchis sinensis with eyespots (barely visible in upper right edge of body) and fin fold along the tail which can be faintly seen at upper end of the tail.  This cercaria will penetrate a fish and develop into the metacercaria in more than a 100 species of freshwater fishes, most notably cyprinids. Some crustaceans may also serve as hosts for the metacercaria.  100x
